How does it work?

1. Choose credit amount

Decide how many ride minutes you want to buy. The more credits you purchase, the bigger the discount.

Choose the duration e.g. 30,60 or 200 minutes.

2. Get your codes

Once you place your order, we’ll generate unique voucher codes for you. These are sent in a simple spreadsheet or PDF so you can download them instantly.

Each code contains a set number of ride minutes and can be redeemed in the forest app by any user.

3. Share with your team or guests

You decide how to distribute the codes. Email them directly to employees, add them to an event invitation, print them on cards, or include them in welcome packs. Recipients just open the Forest app, enter the code, and the free minutes are added to their account immediately.

4. Track & Reorder

We’ll provide a simple usage report so you can see how many codes have been redeemed and how many are left.

When you run low, just place another order and if you order a larger batch, you’ll unlock a bigger discount.
