Your online portal shows each journey and what it cost. You can set up alerts when someone reaches a set number of rides or minutes in a month, or rides outside working hours. You get one invoice a month for the whole team, so there are no individual expense claims.

You fill in a short form, which takes about a minute. We call you within 1 working day to answer your questions and set up your account. You don’t need card details at this stage.

It’s free to register and there’s no setup fee. You choose which staff to add, and each rider is on a plan to suit your team: a small monthly fee and a very low price per ride, or a monthly bundle of minutes for people who ride often. Both cost less than a bus, tube or taxi. We’ll help you pick on the call.
